The Belta Masters 2005

"Once upon a time there were men..."

andy harris

Ah the first Masters...if only we knew then what we don't know now. Full of optimism we gathered...all 10 of us, unaware of the beast we were starting...

Personally, this weekend was a golfing nightmare, yipping every chip and slicing everything else. Oh how my Masters average would be now...Still some people have a nightmare every year so musn't grumble!!!

peter flynnThere were some excellent performances though, notably 38s for Carl and Flynn and Mr Siggs achieved his highest ever Masters placing at 3rd.

Flynns 108 combined enough to see off Carls 105 with Mr Siggs in 3rd with 102.

Why did Simon not play the last round? Was he ill or was he having a toss?

My memory is shot to bits so please use the contact page if you have anything to add.
